Our offer of typical Campania products also includes the refined desserts conceived by Salvatore De Riso, a well-known pastry-chef from the Amalfi Coast, whose delicacies have brought us the warmth and the sweetness of the South of Italy.

The company is also very interested in the safeguard of typical Bergamo specialities: lardo (fatback), pancetta and salami, typical fresh cheese, Branzi, Quartirolo Lombardo and Taleggio, corn flour for polenta, fruit preserves, chutneys, game ragouts…
Our catalogue also includes baked cakes, biscuits, semifreddi, mousses and chocolate hand made by one of the best known pastry-chef in the world, Giovanni Pina.

All the products we offer are closely related to specific traditional manufacturing areas: durum wheat pasta from Gragnano, culatello and strolghino from Parma, speck from South Tyrol, bresaola from Valtellina, Gorgonzola from Novara, piadina from Rimini, artichokes from Apulia, anchovies from Sicily, and in the end a large selection of Tuscany pecorino and caciotta.
We also offer taralli, intorchiate, stracciatella, giuncata, smoked scamorza, nodini di mozzarella and above all the burrata "Caseificio Palazzo", one of the greatest Apulian specialities which was crowned the best cheese in the world at the World Cheese Awards 2010.
