Pre-cooked and frozen gluten-free pizza base, cm.30. Ingredients: rice starch, maize starch, mashed potato flakes, guar gum, whole egg powder, dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, sodium diacetate, citric acid, water, sunflower oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Preparation method: fill as desired and bake for 5/7 minutes in the oven at 250°C
