Frozen clove artichokes

Description

100% Italian frozen artichokes in wedges. Preparation method: place the still-frozen product in a perforated baking tray and place in a steam oven at 98°C; wait for the temperature to return to normal and cook for 7 minutes / microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes / pour into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 7 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and cook for 14 minutes on a moderate heat / pour the frozen product into boiling salted water, wait for the water to come back to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre and with a firm consistency, they are ideal for making appetisers and side dishes.
