Frozen whole heart artichokes with stem

Description

Whole artichokes with stem 100% Italian frozen. Preparation method: place the frozen product in a perforated baking tray and place in a steam oven at 98°C; wait for the temperature to return to normal and leave to cook for 10 minutes / Pour the still frozen product into a non-stick pan with a little oil, half a glass of water, put the lid on and leave to cook for 20 minutes over a moderate heat. Naturally rich in fibre and with a firm consistency, they are ideal for making appetisers and side dishes.
