Italian extra virgin olive oil

Description

Cold-pressed 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil in tin. Obtained by cold pressing olives, without the use of chemical solvents. It is characterised by a deep green colour and a fruity aroma, with hints of bitterness and spiciness. It is considered the most valuable of olive oils due to its high content of health-promoting monounsaturated fatty acids. It is mainly used raw to dress salads, vegetables, pasta and fish dishes, to enhance the flavour and add a touch of freshness and aroma to dishes.
