Cuvee royale Marchese Antinori

Description

The Cuvée Royale wine is the result of a selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes from Tenuta Montenisa, for a cuvée of unprecedented and precious harmony, with great expressiveness and elegance. Staying on the lees enhances its intense bouquet with notes of white peach and bread crust. It has a pale straw yellow colour and a creamy mousse with fine, persistent perlage. It is balanced on the palate and brings out the liveliness typical of Brut. Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino, near Lake Iseo. The vineyards surrounding the villa owned by the Maggi family have been the heart of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta production since 1999. The 'flower' must undergoes the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the yeasts took place over the next 36 months.
