Description
Bitto DOP cheese portioned ¼ of a cheese wheel under vacuum. It is a full-fat cheese from alpine pastures with a cooked and semi-hard paste; the shape is round with a diameter of 30-50 cm and a heel of 8-10 cm. Ingredients: cow's milk, goat's milk, salt and rennet.
