Description
Quick-cooking wholegrain oat flakes. Rich in fibre, they are ideal for preparing porridge for nutritious breakfasts. Preparation method: pour 285 ml skimmed milk or water into a pan containing 40 g oat flakes and stir. Place the mixture on the heat and cook for two minutes. Strain into a bowl and serve to taste with yoghurt, honey and fresh or dried fruit.
