Description

Soft french Camembert cheese with a flowered rind, made from pasteurised cow's milk, salt and milk enzymes. With its soft and dense texture, it's a cheese with a strong flavour that lends itself well to the creation of various dishes: spread on slices of bread, to prepare fresh hors d'oeuvres or to add flavour to pasta dishes.
