Description

Frozen salmon-flavoured crepes. Ingredients: ricotta cheese, rehydrated skim milk, wheat flour 0, smoked salmon cuttings, pasteurised eggs, water, milk protein, sunflower oil, parsley, salt and nutmeg. Preparation: bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or in a frying pan for 3 minutes with a knob of butter. It is recommended to serve them au naturel with grated Parmesan cheese.
