Description

Stone-ground wholemeal maize flour, ideal for preparing instant polenta. Product obtained by grinding and pre-cooking 100% Italian yellow maize. Instructions for use: boil 2 litres of water and add salt; when boiling, slowly pour in 500 g of flour and cook for at least 8 minutes, stirring continuously.
