Description

Frittatina of cacio e pepe pasta with zucchini flowers and lime, battered, pre-fried in sunflower oil and frozen. Ingredients: cooked durum wheat semolina pasta, béchamel sauce, batter, grated pecorino cheese, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs, pumpkin flowers, modified corn starch, salt, grated lime peel, black pepper powder and dextrose.
