Description

Frittatina di bucatini filled with sausage and friarielli preparation, battered, pre-fried in sunflower oil and deep-frozen. Ingredients: cooked durum wheat semolina pasta, friarielli and sausage preparation, béchamel sauce, batter, pecorino cheese, grana padano DOP, provolone cheese, salt, parsley and black pepper. Preparation: in a preheated oven at 20°C for 8 minutes, in a microwave at medium power for 4 minutes, or in a frying pan or fryer at 190°C for 7 minutes. Its crunchy exterior, contrasting with the softness of the filling, makes it perfect for tasty appetisers.
