Vegan mozzarella cheese

Description

Organic 'mozzarisella' vegetable food preparation made from sprouted brown rice, cut into julienne strips. Ingredients: water, sprouted brown rice, apple vinegar, salt, cold-pressed coconut oil, sunflower oil infused with oregano, lemon juice, agar-agar, gum arabic, xanthan gum, locust bean gum. A product suitable for cooking because it melts very well, to be enjoyed with vegetable and legume dishes or with summer salads. Ideal cut into thin slices to add to pizzas, bruschettas, sandwiches, toast and piadinas.
