Description

Breaded, pre-fried and deep-frozen stuffed Ascoli olives. Ingredients: pitted green olives, wheat flour, water, filling, sunflower oil, maize flour, maize starch, celery, carrot, onion, egg powder, vegetable fibre, yeast, paprika, nutmeg, pepper, sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium diphosphate. Cooking method: fry in plenty of hot oil at 190°C for 6 minutes in a deep fryer or frying pan. Their crunchy exterior, contrasting with the softness of the filling, makes them perfect for tasty appetisers.
