Pancetta coppata scotennata

Description

Half-fat cured bacon, matured for at least 30 days. Ingredients: pork, alimentary salt, dextrose, flavourings, spices, antioxidant and preservatives. This product is bright red in colour, with white and pinkish fat fillets; it has a typical, pleasant flavour and a homogeneous, firm consistency. Ideal in sandwiches and piadinas, or with bread and breadsticks to make charcuterie boards.
