Cooked bacon

Description

Vacuum-packed stewed bacon in single format, cut in half. Ingredients: pork, starch, flavourings, salt, dextrose, stabilisers, thickener, smoke flavouring, antioxidant and preservative. Selected pork belly cuts are salted with brine, containing ingredients and additives, massaged in a churn and cooked in a steam oven; they are then placed in a cooling cell, cut in half, vacuum-packed and pasteurised in a saturated steam tunnel. Ideal for savoury breakfasts and as burger fillings.
