Description

Fine tomato pulp in 100% Italian tomato puree obtained by processing fresh, ripe tomatoes. The particularity of this product is the production method to which it is subjected: a thermal treatment carried out using ohmic heating technology, which consists in the direct passage of electric current through the foodstuff, using a special cell that allows the food to be heated very quickly through the generation of heat inside it. This process, an alternative to pasteurisation, allows the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the food. Ideal for preparing sauces with a strong and full-bodied flavour, it is also excellent for seasoning pizzas.
