Description
Breaded, fried and frozen filled aubergine patties. Ingredients: grilled aubergines, breadcrumbs, breadcrumbs, batter, grated grana padano cheese, black olives, mozzarella cheese, smoked provola cheese, grated semi-pickled provolone cheese, béchamel sauce, salt, pepper and basil. Cooking method: fry in a deep fryer for 4 minutes in hot oil at 180°C. Their crunchy exterior, contrasting with the softness of the filling, makes them perfect for tasty aperitifs.
