Ham with truffles

Description

Half-cooked ham with truffle, pork leg, salt, summer truffle, natural flavourings, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant and preservative. It is a product with a deep red colour with white streaks and a delicate flavour, but well characterised thanks to the addition of the truffle, which gives it a unique aroma. Ideal as a filling for sandwiches and piadinas, or with bread and breadsticks to make charcuterie boards.
