Description

Fiore di Napoli type 00 wheat flour. Flour suitable for the production of Neapolitan pizza, well alveolated in the crust, soft, fragrant, light, aromatic and highly digestible. The dough is characterised by its pliability, propensity to absorption, and resistance during rising and handling. The resulting doughs can be kept at a temperature of 25°C for up to 24 hours and in the fridge at a temperature of 4°C for up to 96 hours. W: 310/330 P/L: 0.55/0.7
