Matchstick Stealth Fries

Description

"Stealth fries" mm.9x9 pre-fried and deep-frozen. Ingredients: potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, raising agents, dextrose, thickeners and flavour extracts. Preparation: bake in a deep fryer at 175°C for 3 minutes, or in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. With their crispy texture in the bite and even, firm interior, they are ideal as an aperitif or side dish for main courses.
