Description

Frozen blade-cut swordfish gourmet burger. Ingredients: swordfish, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, water, sunflower oil, salt, ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate. Preparation: bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or in a frying pan over medium heat for 12 minutes. In the kitchen it can be used in different ways: in a sandwich with salad and tomato, or with a side dish of raw or grilled vegetables.
