Description
Roman-style supplì mignon stuffed with mozzarella and sauce, breaded, fried and frozen. Ingredients: rice, beef ragout, cow's mozzarella, béchamel sauce, batter, breadcrumbs, provolone cheese, Grana Padano DOP, pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. Cooking method: cook in plenty of hot oil at 190°C for 5 minutes in a pan or fryer, or in a frying pan at 190°C for 7 minutes. Their crunchy exterior, contrasting with the softness of the filling, make them perfect for tasty aperitifs.
